2.024: Dark mode and improved overall visuals. Counter readings can now also be searched. What else... performance is also improved, with better concurrent request support.
2.021: Mistake reporting can now be done via the counter database Github repository. Also, kazoekata.jp link previews now look prettier and more informative in the search engines and social media thanks to new clean URL approach.
2.018: Usage notes now appear in cards needing them (such as "tsubo"). Using with your mobile device should also be a bit more pleasant. Content-wise, some counters now use traditional Japanese reading for 3 items (if deemed more appropriate).
2.015: Added reading style preferences. Also smaller UI improvements. In the background, the reading generation logic now produces the correct reading more often, and the fallback counters "つ" and "個" are displayed if there are no good search matches.
2.012: Original counter data sources are now visible by clicking the "Source" link. Also includes further performance improvements.

In other words, still a lot of work to do, especially in the rōmaji reading generation logic (automatic Japanese is difficult). The counters for this initial database were gathered from all across the web, especially from Tofugu.com and Sanabo.com. Your feedback is welcome.
